Orders will be processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours. We will send order confirmations (estimated pricing) before the order is finalized. We will then send a finalized invoice with accurate pricing, shipping and handling charges. Orders will only be shipped after payment has been received. Expedited orders will be charged an express fee of $50 in addition to expedited shipping fees.
If you wish to cancel your order:
- you can notify us by email to whynotbobstore@gmail.com before we have dispatched the goods to you; or
- where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with the description below.
A return authorization number must be received from us prior to any return. Upon return, the product will be credited at the purchase price, less a 25% restocking fee.
All returns must be made within 30 days of invoice date and will be issued Credit Memos; no cash refunds will be allowed. The Customer is responsible for arranging and booking freight on all returned items (defective and mis-shipped items excluded).
Final approval of returns is subject to inspection for condition and suitability for restocking. Merchandise damaged, defective, or shorted in shipment must be reported by phone or email to us within 2 business days of receipt and duly noted on all copies of the signed freight bill, in order to file a claim against the freight company.
